Gun Control. (Applicable to task orders funded by the NIH appropriated funds.) The Contractor shall not use contract funds in whole or in part, to advocate or promote gun control.

  • Pest Control Upon award, the Contractor shall manage all insect, weed and pest problems (as defined by Chapter 482, F.S.). In addition, any damage caused by pests during the implementation of the pest control program shall be immediately corrected by replacement with healthy turf or plants at the Contractor's expense. Pest Control program shall include, at a minimum, the following:

  • Controlling Agreement To the extent the terms of this Agreement (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time) directly conflicts with a provision in the Merger Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Control Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, it is understood and agreed that the Trust shall at all times retain the ultimate responsibility for and control of all functions performed pursuant to this Agreement and has reserved the right to reasonably direct any action hereunder taken on its behalf by the Sub-Adviser.
