FE subject matter experts will evaluate existing operational processes and standard operational procedures to identify value and non-value-added activities using a five-step process where we will work with stakeholders in a collaborative setting to: • Set the stage • Gather the data • Generate insights • Decide what to do • Define goals and improvement metrics Beginning by setting the stage, FE’s operational efficiency experts will interview stakeholders to identify how they expect the productivity improvement process to benefit them personally, the organization, and understand any sensitivities they may have about organizational process evaluation and change management. Our consultants will conduct focused requirements gathering sessions on procedures and process methodologies. FE will gather data on existing operational processes and procedures to identify and evaluate value-added and non-value-added steps to improve process efficiency by using value stream analysis and timeline exercises. Agency stakeholders have the most comprehensive understanding of the inner workings of existing process and procedures within the organization. To that end, FE experts will engage stakeholders to generate insights into how processes and procedures can be improved based on the results of our value stream analysis and timeline exercises. Using the outputs from these steps, FE will develop a matrix of processes and procedures that the agency should: • Start doing • Stop doing • Do more of • Do less of We will work with stakeholders to develop SMART goals and metrics to use to implement and measure the impact of the productivity improvements. Our technical experts do not bring pre-conceived ideas about what will work. We thoroughly assess, analyze, and recommend based on the organization’s unique, specific needs. We will design and redesign existing business processes to enhance capability or to introduce new ways of working that are coherent with an agency’s direction and goals. The focus of an FE gap assessment is to establish a consensus among stakeholders on the current environment, gaps, and needs.   • Quality Improvement VRC shall develop programs designed to improve the quality of care provided by the Radiologists and encourage identification and adoption of best demonstrated processes. Practice and VRC acknowledge that, in connection with such quality improvement activities, it may be necessary to provide VRC with Protected Health Information and Practice and VRC agree to treat such information in accordance with Article 9;

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • For Product Development Projects and Project Demonstrations  Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name.  Estimated or actual energy and cost savings, and estimated statewide energy savings once market potential has been realized. Identify all assumptions used in the estimates.  Greenhouse gas and criteria emissions reductions.  Other non-energy benefits such as reliability, public safety, lower operational cost, environmental improvement, indoor environmental quality, and societal benefits.  Data on potential job creation, market potential, economic development, and increased state revenue as a result of the project.  A discussion of project product downloads from websites, and publications in technical journals.  A comparison of project expectations and performance. Discuss whether the goals and objectives of the Agreement have been met and what improvements are needed, if any.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK Firms and/or individuals that assisted in the development or drafting of the specifications, requirements, statements of work, or solicitation documents contained herein are excluded from competing for this solicitation. This shall not be applicable to firms and/or individuals providing responses to a publicly posted Request for Information (RFI) associated with a solicitation.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles:

The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.

  • School Improvement Plans The School shall develop and implement a School Improvement Plan as required by section 1002.33(9)(n), Florida Statutes and applicable State Board of Education Rules or applicable federal law.

  • Training and Technical Assistance COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.
