Hallways, Stairwells, Windows and Doors. Awnings or other projections may not be attached to the outside of any building. Windows, hallways and stairwells may not be used for draping articles, shaking dust mops, beating rugs, drying laundry, painting, or any anything that may stain the foundation and/or surface of the area. Cigarettes, trash or other material(s) may not be left on or thrown from hallway, stairwell, window, parking area or doorway. No sign, banner or other fixture, including foil and/or film of any kind, may be hung in any window or on any door in a manner that may be visible from the exterior of the building. No external antenna, clothesline, sign, banner, flag or satellite dish may be erected on any building exterior. Only those window coverings supplied by the community owner may be allowed to be seen from outside the building. Violations of this policy may be corrected by management (including cleanup and disposal of materials) at the residents’ expense. Damage to shared or common areas, including adjacent hallways, windows and doors, will be repaired at the joint and several expense of the residents of the applicable apartment(s).

  • Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Walls 12 Developer shall provide rustication patterns on all walls, except drainage headwalls, in Aesthetic 13 Area 3 in accordance with Exhibit L2.24 of the LAADCR. The final designs shall resemble these 14 simulations.

  • Glazing All new and replacement exterior windows shall have sealed, low emmissivity, insulating glass units which are manufactured by members of SIGMA and IGCC. Sealed insulating glass shall meet ASTM E774, class B. Glass shall be hermetically dual sealed, inert gas filled, double pane units with exterior 3/16” bronze float glass (IoE second surface), ½” air space, and interior 3/16” clear float glass. Insulated panels, if used, shall be 1” laminated panels equal to Xxxxx Industries architectural panels with a porcelain fused-on finish. Wired or clear fire-rated glass shall be UL approved. Safety glass shall be tempered or laminated, and shall meet ANSI 297.1 standard.

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • Interior (a) Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains;
