Handbooks. Staff handbooks shall be updated annually by a committee consisting of the respective principal, one teacher or other appropriate individual selected by the principal, and one teacher selected by the W.E.A. prior to the first day of school to reflect changes in Board policies relating to professional staff and this negotiated Agreement.
