Handling of Samples. Samples comprise initial samples, release samples, limiting samples and any other samples agreed between Xxxxxxxx and supplier. Supplier must label and store them in such a way that identification is possible at any time and that damage, alteration and loss are reliably prevented. These samples must be stored for at least 15 years after release by Xxxxxxxx and must be made available to Xxxxxxxx on request.
Handling of Samples. The SPONSOR agrees to the proper handling, storage and use of biological samples obtained from the trial participants, in accordance with Law 14/2007 of Biomedical Research and its legislative development in Spain. The SPONSOR agrees to comply with the demands of Royal Decree 65/2006 of 30 January, which establishes the requirements for the import and export of biological samples
Handling of Samples. To the extent Xcel Samples the Product, Xcel ------------------- shall notify Elan immediately upon learning that any Samples shipped by Elan to Xcel have been lost or have not been received as scheduled. Xcel shall also notify Elan promptly upon learning information which could raise a suspicion that any of the Samples shipped to Xcel have not been properly handled or had been handled in a manner prohibited by law. Xcel shall take all steps necessary to aid and support Elan in a full investigation of any suspected mishandling of any such Samples.
Handling of Samples. Reporting Results of PST Tests. MSS will be solely responsible, either directly or through its reference laboratory, for processing PST Tests and reporting the results back to Dental Providers. The parties’ Affiliates in each country of the Co-Promotion Territory shall agree on procedures for handling Product samples in such country, which procedures shall include tracking samples in each such country and the exchange between the parties’ Affiliates of reports covering Product sampling activities. Each P&G and API Affiliate shall also make available to the other party’s Affiliate in its country such original documentation concerning sampling activities as the other may need for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including, without limitation, with respect to Product samples to be distributed in the USA, the PDMA.
