Park Lands definition

Park Lands means all areas administered by the Department, including all state parks, recreation areas, archaeological sites, and historic sites.
Park Lands means all lands enclosed by the boundaries set out in Part 2.3 including the submerged land under the waters of Wager Bay and where the lands submerged are adjacent to Inuit Owned Lands, those lands that extend to the ordinary high water mark;

  • Definition and Purpose of Open Space Park Lands The definition and purpose of open space park lands shall be as defined in State Law, ORS 308.740, or as modified by Ordinance of the City of Ashland.
