Park Lands definition

Park Lands means all areas administered by the Department, including all state parks, recreation areas, archaeological sites, and historic sites.
Park Lands means the Adelaide Park Lands as defined in the Park Lands Act.
Park Lands means all lands enclosed by the boundaries set out in Part 2.3 including the submerged land under the waters of Wager Bay and where the lands submerged are adjacent to Inuit Owned Lands, those lands that extend to the ordinary high water mark;

  • The Council has the care, control and management of the Park Lands.

  • The Lessee must not or allow any other person to drive, ride or park any vehicle on or over any part of the Park Lands without the consent of Council.

  • The Council will have the right where in the opinion of the Council there exists a valid commercial reason so to do at any time during the duration of this Licence to relocate the Lessee to another location on the Park Lands provided that the Council will have given not less than six (6) months' notice of its intention to the Lessee.

  • Subject to the terms of this lease, the Lessee must comply with the approved management plans, guidelines and strategies (from time to time) of the Council and Kadaltilla with respect to the use and occupation of the Premises (being part of the Park Lands).

  • The Lessee must not, and must not allow any other person to, drive, ride or park any vehicle on or over any part of the Park Lands without the consent of Council.

  • The Council may terminate this lease by giving at least six (6) months’ written notice to the Lessee if the Council receives notice of resumption or acquisition of the Premises or the Building or the Park Lands (or any part of the Building or the Park Lands affecting the Premises) from or by any Statutory Authority governmental or semi- governmental body.

  • SCHEDULE ITEM 1 Leased Area Portion of the Park Lands being the area outlined in Red on the Plan [Annexure A] ITEM 2 Initial Term Seven (7) years commencing [insert date] (Commencement Date) and expiring at midnight [insert date].

  • The Lessee must comply with the approved management plans, guidelines and strategies (from time to time) of the Council and APLA with respect to the use and occupation of the Leased Premises (being part of the Park Lands).

  • The City shall work with Manor Park Estates to explore whether any tax deferral/abatementor development charge credits can be made available in respect of the redevelopment of the Manor Park Lands with a view to the provision of lower rents for some or all of the Secured Affordable New units subject to clause 6 b.


More Definitions of Park Lands

Park Lands means the Adelaide Park Lands as defined in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (SA);
Park Lands means the lands described in Schedules 3 and 4.

  • Lands means the purchase of real property or interest in real property.

  • Crown lands has the same meaning as is given to that term by the Land Act;

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

  • Shopping Center means the Shopping Center identified on the initial page hereof.
