HARASSMENT/ABUSE. The Employer agrees that it does not condone the actions of a Member who is verbally/physically abusive and harassing to the staff. The Employer also agrees that appropriate action will be taken to ensure the staff is relieved of the situation at the time it is occurring and that the Member will be reprimanded for his actions.
