Harmonious Working Relationship. The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain a harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees; to define clearly the hours of work, rates of pay and conditions of employment; to provide for an amicable method of settling differences which may arise from time to time and to promote the mutual interest of the Employer and its employees; to promote and maintain such conditions of employment.
Harmonious Working Relationship. In order to effectuate the provisions of Chapter 399 of the laws of 1967 (the Public Employees' Fair Employment Act) to encourage and increase effective and harmonious working relationships between the Weedsport Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the Board), and its professional employees represented by the Weedsport Teachers' Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), and to enable the professional employees more fully to participate in and contribute to the development of policies pertaining to hours, wages, terms and conditions of employment for the school district so that the cause of public education may be best served in the Weedsport Central School District.
