HAZARD DUTY PAY. All Troopers, will receive a special hazard salary adjustment of ten percent (10%) of the minimum rate of the classification base pay for all hours worked. All Highway Patrol Dispatchers will receive a special hazard salary adjustment of three percent (3%) of the minimum rate of the classification base pay for all hours worked.
