Hazardous Duty Pay. Employees who are required to perform asbestos work shall receive a salary differential equal to 50% of their current salary for all time spent performing such duties. Employees must meet the qualifications of the University’s Asbestos Program to perform said work. Payment of this differential shall be in 1/10 hour increments and shall include time the employee spent changing into and removing program- specified clothing and equipment.
