Common use of Hazardous Duty Pay Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Duty Pay. Employees who are required to perform asbestos work shall receive a salary differential equal to 50% of their current salary for all time spent performing such duties. Employees must meet the qualifications of the University’s Asbestos Program to perform said work.
