Common use of Hazardous Duty Pay Clause in Contracts

Hazardous Duty Pay. The Director of Risk Management will notify the Xxxx, Director, or Manager, ECCE and the Safety Committee of the determination of a ‘high risk’ work assignment which qualifies an employee for Hazardous Duty pay. An employee assigned to a designated high risk work assignment shall be compensated at one and one-half times that employee’s regular hourly rate of pay.
