Hazardous Environment. Customer will notify HPE if Customer uses Products in an environment that poses a potential health or safety hazard to HPE employees or subcontractors. HPE may require Customer to maintain such Products under HPE supervision and may postpone service until Customer remedies such hazards.

Hazardous Environment. You will notify HP if you use products in an environment that poses a potential health or safety hazard to HP employees or subcontractors. HP may require you to maintain such products under HP supervision and may postpone service until you remedy such hazards.
Hazardous Environment. You acknowledge that the Product is not designed, intended or licensed for use in hazardous environments, life support systems, medical devices or systems, operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or control, or in any other high risk or mission-critical application (i.e. one whose failure, malfunctioning or inability to function as intended may result directly or indirectly in death, serious bodily injury or substantial property damage) and agree not to use or permit use of the Product in any such environment or application.
