Health and Dental and Group Life Insurance. An employee who is granted a special leave without pay shall provide the Employer with payment for their portion of health and dental and group life insurance (Basic and Optional Life) premiums, for the entire duration of their leave, in advance of the commencement of the employee’s leave by post-dated cheques, money order or payroll deduction.
