Parental Leave following Pregnancy Leave. A pregnant employee who has become a parent of one or more children through the birth of a child or children, is entitled to a leave of absence without pay, for a period not to exceed sixty-two (62) weeks, of which, one week shall be eligible for parental leave allowance, pursuant to Article 11.7 (B) b) ii.
