Common use of Health and Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Health and Life Insurance. Section 31.01 The Employer shall make available to all employees a group medical, major medical and hospital health insurance plan. Employees shall be eligible for health insurance coverage if they work at least thirty (30) hours per week and have completed at least two months of full-time, permanent employment immediately prior to becoming eligible for health insurance coverage. Employees may elect health insurance coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents.
