Common use of Health and Welfare Increases Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Increases. The Health and Welfare allowance shall be increased for employee-only Delta Dental benefits, effective October 1, 2016 and for employee-only Kaiser Medical effective January 1, 2017 to cover any increases for the year in the cost of employee-only Kaiser Medical and Delta Dental premiums.
