Health and Welfare Program for Employees Hired After June 29, 1998. The terms of this section C apply to unit members hired after June 29, 1998. The retiree up to age sixty-five (65) will receive an amount equal to the Xxxxxx Permanente California health plan premium for subscriber only coverage, adjusted annually, toward the purchase of one of the District offered health plans upon the following conditions:
