Health Care Policy Analyst. The Employer will dedicate $150,000 annually in recognition of the increased need for analysis in the administration of the State’s health management programs. This amount may be adjusted upward by the DAS Director. Monies unexpended or encumbered in one (1) fiscal year shall be carried forward and be available in subsequent fiscal years.
