Common use of Health Insurance Fees Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Fees. If the Faculty Member is enrolled in six (6) or more credit hours of coursework per semester, it is his/her responsibility to complete the University’s student health insurance waiver document annually by the due date, as per University policy. If the Faculty Member does not complete the waiver, s/he will be charged for student health insurance, as per University policy.
