Common use of Health Insurance Labor-Management Subcommittee Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Labor-Management Subcommittee. It is jointly agreed between the Union and the City that the goal of the two parties is to establish a joint Health Insurance Labor-Management Subcommittee under the Labor Management Committee set forth in Article 36.1. In the event a city-wide labor management committee is not established pursuant to Article 36.1, the Employer and Union shall establish a joint Health Insurance Labor-Management Committee to carry out the intents and purposes of this Article 14.

It is jointly agreed between the Union and the City that the goal of the two parties is to establish a city-wide joint Health Insurance Laborhealth insurance labor-Management Subcommittee management subcommittee under the Labor Management Committee labor management committee set forth in Article 36.136. In the event a city-wide labor management committee is not established pursuant to Article 36.136, the Employer and Union shall establish a joint Health Insurance Labor-Management Committee health insurance labor management committee to carry out the intents and purposes of this Article 1413.
