Health Net PPO. Beginning January 1, 2011, and for each calendar year thereafter, the County will pay a monthly premium subsidy for the Health Net PPO that is equal to the actual dollar monthly premium subsidy that is paid by the County in 2009. During the term of this agreement, if there are increases in the premium charged by the Health Net PPO plan, the County and the employees will each pay fifty percent (50%) of any premium increase above the 2009 premium.
