Health Physical Examinations. In order to provide continuing health protection for the employees, it shall be the policy of the Employer that: (a) Upon initial employment, each employee at the Employer's expense, may be required to have a physical examination certifying that the individual is capable of carrying out his/her particular assignment. (b) Employees may be required to submit to a physical or mental examination from a physician designated by the Employer at the Employer's expense, when a concern arises regarding the physical or mental ability of the employee to perform the duties of employment.
