Health Plan Premiums. The Employer will maintain health plan premium rates through 2019. For plan years 2020, 2021 and 2022, the Employer agrees that any premium increases will be shared equally by the employee and Employer, except that the employee share shall not exceed a maximum of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month, and in no event will bargaining unit employees be required to pay premium rates that exceed the rates paid by non‐represented employees.
