Common use of Health Plan Task Force Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Task Force. A joint union-management committee with equal representation of management and the union shall be established. SEIU, Local 221 shall have four (4) representatives on this Task Force. This Task Force shall be a standing committee and will meet on a mutually- agreed upon schedule (at least quarterly) to consider issues of health care delivery to employees.
