Common use of Health, Safety and Miscellaneous Clause in Contracts

Health, Safety and Miscellaneous. Section 1 Discrimination 9/1/1 The parties agree that their respective policies will not violate the rights of any employees covered by this Agreement because of age, handicap, sex, creed, color, marital status, national origin, sexual orientation, Union or non-Union affiliation, membership in the National Guard, state defense force or any reserve component of the military forces of the United States or this state or use or non-use of lawful products off the Employer’s premises during non-working hours.
