Common use of Health & Safety Training Clause in Contracts

Health & Safety Training. 31.06 Every active member of the Local employed by the Company at sites which fall within the scope of the Collective Agreement will be provided with an appropriate level of Health and Safety instruction during the term of this Agreement. This training will be relative to statutory (or other legislated) require- ments and/or job-specific hazards or working procedures.
