Common use of Healthcare Plan Clause in Contracts

Healthcare Plan. The Company will arrange for membership in the Company’s group healthcare plan for the Employee, the Employee’s spouse and the Employee’s child under 18 years old, in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to health insurance and in accordance with the rules established for individual participation in such plan and under applicable law.

Healthcare Plan. The Company will arrange for membership in the Company’s group healthcare plan for the Employee, the Employee’s spouse and the Employee’s child children under 18 years oldold in the Company’s healthcare plan applicable to expatriate executives, in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to health insurance and in accordance with the rules established for individual participation in such plan and under applicable law.

Healthcare Plan. The Company will shall arrange for membership in the Company’s group a healthcare plan for the Employee, the Employee’s spouse and the Employee’s child children under 18 years old, in accordance with whereby the CompanyCompany shall bear all essential medical costs (including costs of specialist treatment and hospitalization costs, but only if requested by physicians) incurred by the Employee, the Employee’s standard policies from time to time with respect to health insurance spouse and in accordance with the rules established for individual participation in such plan and Employee’s children under applicable law18 years old.

The Company will arrange for membership in the Company’s group healthcare plan for the Employee, the Employee’s spouse and the Employee’s child children under 18 years oldold in the Company’s healthcare plan applicable to expatriot executives, in accordance with the Company’s standard policies from time to time with respect to health insurance and in accordance with the rules established for individual participation in such plan and under applicable law.
