Part-Time Employees Vacation. Eligible part-time seniority employee shall be entitled to receive vacations as outlined in Section 1 of this Article. Employees with one (1) year’s seniority will be paid at twenty (20) hours per week and those with two or more year’s seniority will be paid at twenty- two and one half (221/2) hours per week. Part-Time Employees Vacation. All part time employees are entitled to vacation with pay based upon continuous service as follows: 1 year to 9 years 15 days 6% 10 years or more 20 days 8% The appropriate percentage representing vacation owing will be based on the previous six months earnings and will be included in the pay deposit issued no later than January 30th and in the pay deposit issued no later than July 30th.

Regular full-time employees are entitled to 8/80 or 1/10 time off when a holiday falls in a bi-weekly pay period, therefore, part-time employees, as defined in the immediately preceding paragraph, shall receive a holiday based upon the ratio of 1/10 of the total hours regularly worked in a bi-weekly pay period. Holiday time off shall be determined by calculating 1/10 of the hours worked by the part-time employee in the bi-weekly pay period immediately preceding the pay period in which the holiday falls. The computation of holiday time off shall be rounded to the nearest hour.
