Common use of Hearing Attendance Clause in Contracts

Hearing Attendance. If a pre-disciplinary hearing is held, a member acting as Lodge representative shall be compensated for the time spent at the hearing where the hearing is held during the member’s regular hours of employment. The member who is the subject of the discipline shall not receive compensation if the hearing is held during non-work hours.
