The Helmet Use clause requires individuals to wear helmets in specified situations, typically when engaging in activities that present a risk of head injury, such as riding bicycles, motorcycles, or working in hazardous environments. This clause outlines the types of activities or locations where helmet use is mandatory and may specify the standards or certifications that helmets must meet. Its core practical function is to enhance safety and reduce the risk of head injuries, thereby protecting individuals and limiting liability for organizations or event organizers.
