Highway Transport Drivers. (a) It is understood the incentive kilometre rate for accident free driving, driving records related to moving violations and care of equipment during Company time, of one point two (1.2¢) cents per kilometre shall continue to be paid on a quarterly basis for safe performance measured in that quarter. The rate shall be thirty-four (34¢) cents per kilometre.
