HOLDING OVER WITH CONSENT. Any holding over after the expiration of the term of this Lease with the written consent of Landlord shall be a tenancy from month to month. The terms, covenants and conditions of such tenancy shall be the same as provided herein, and the monthly Rent shall be 125% of the amount of the daily Rent for the last period prior to the date of such expiration or termination. Acceptance by Landlord of Rent after such expiration shall not result in any other tenancy or any renewal of the term of this Lease, and the provisions of this Section are in addition to and do not affect Landlord's right of re-entry or other rights provided under this Lease or by applicable law.

HOLDING OVER WITH CONSENT. If Tenant, with Xxxxxxxx’s prior written consent, remains in possession of the Premises or any part thereof after the expiration of the Lease Term, such occupancy shall be deemed to be a tenancy from month-to-month cancelable upon thirty (30) days’ notice, upon all the provisions of this Lease pertaining to the obligations of Tenant, with the exception of Monthly Rent which shall be at % of the then current Monthly Rent, but all options and rights of first refusal, if any, granted upon the terms of this Lease shall be deemed terminated and be of no further effect during said month-to month-tenancy.

Each reference in the Lease to any of the Basic Lease Information shall mean the respective information set forth below and such information shall be deemed incorporated as a part of the terms provided under the particular Lease Section pertaining to such information. In the event of any conflict between any Basic Lease Information and the Lease, the former shall control.

HOLDING OVER WITH CONSENT. If Tenant remains in possession of all or any part of the Demised Premises after the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, with Landlord's prior written consent, Tenant shall be deemed a month-to-month tenant upon the date of such expiration or earlier termination and, in such case, Tenant shall continue to pay the Basic Rent (as adjusted from time to time as set forth in this Lease), Operating Expenses in accordance with Section 7, and any other amount of Rent due Landlord pursuant to the terms of this Lease, and such month-to-month tenancy shall be subject to every other term, covenant and agreement contained herein.
HOLDING OVER WITH CONSENT. Any holding over after the expiration of this Lease, with the consent of Landlord, shall be construed, in the sole discretion of the Landlord, to be a tenancy from month-to-month at the higher of (a) the monthly rent and monthly operating expenses or (b) the then prevailing rate for comparable space in the Property as determined by Landlord, and shall otherwise be on the terms and conditions of this Lease, so far as is applicable.
HOLDING OVER WITH CONSENT. If Tenant desires to remain in possession of the Premises after the expiration of the Term, Tenant shall give Landlord written notice thereof at least four (4) months prior to the expiration of the Term, which notice shall specify the duration of such time period (the “Holdover Period”); however, the Holdover Period may not exceed six (6) months. If Tenant timely delivers such notice to Landlord, then the Term shall be extended for the Holdover Period upon the same terms and conditions as contained herein, except that the monthly installment of Basic Rent shall be equal to one hundred fifty percent (150%) of the monthly installment of Basic Rent in effect prior to the Holdover Period.
