Common use of Holiday Benefit Clause in Contracts

Holiday Benefit. A Permanent Part-Time unit member who works throughout the fiscal year fifty percent (50%) or more of the normal work week for the full--- time equivalent of the unit member’s classification shall earn holiday pay on a pro- rata basis according to the time worked in relation to the normal workweek for the full-time class.
