Holiday Payments for Regular Part-Time Employees. In lieu of the provisions of Article 12, Holidays, regular part-time employees shall receive straight-time holiday pay prorated on the basis of the time such employee actually worked in the month in which the holiday occurred. If such employee is required to work on a holiday, listed in Article 12 herein, the employee shall be paid at the overtime rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s regular straight-time rate of pay for the actual number of hours worked and shall receive no prorated holiday pay.
