Holiday Worked- Part Time Employee Scheduled to Work in Excess of “Part Time Employee’s Holiday Hours. on Regularly Scheduled Work Day: When a part time employee is scheduled to work more than his/her “part time employee’s holiday hours” on a holiday (hereafter referred to as “part time employee long shift”), and the employee works more than the part time employee long shift hours, the employee is entitled to receive straight time pay at the rate of 1.0 time his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) or compensatory time up to eight (8) hours. When a part-time employee works more than his/her part time employee long shift hours and beyond eight (8) hours, the part time employee is entitled to receive overtime pay at the rate of one and one half (1.5) times his/her base rate of pay (not including differentials) or compensatory time for all hours worked beyond the part time employee long shift hours that exceed eight (8) hours.
