Common use of Holidays Bank Time Clause in Contracts

Holidays Bank Time. All full-time employees, except Detectives, shall receive as 43 compensation for the above holidays, an amount of eight (8) hours holiday time for each holiday 44 which may be taken off with pay during the year.
