STAFF ORIENTATION 4101 The Employer shall provide an appropriate orientation program for nurses newly employed. The orientation program shall include such essential information as policies, nursing procedures, the location of supplies and equipment, fire, safety and disaster plans. Where necessary, orientation shall be provided for nurses moving to a new area of practice. 4102 The Employer shall provide a program of inservice education for nurses pertinent to patient care. 4103 The Employer shall provide, access to reference materials as is required in relation to maintaining current knowledge of general nursing care. Prescription Glasses This plan covers prescription glasses as follows: • Frames - one (1) collection frame per plan year; • Lenses - one (1) pair of glass or plastic collection lenses per plan year. This includes single vision, bifocal, trifocal, lenticular, and standard progressive lenses. This plan covers the following lens treatments: • UV treatment; • tint (fashion, gradient, and glass-grey); • standard plastic scratch coating; • standard polycarbonate; and • photocromatic/transitions plastic. Contact Lenses (in lieu of prescription glasses) This plan covers one (1) supply of contact lenses as follows: • conventional contact lenses - one (1) pair per plan year from a selection of provider designated contact lenses; or • extended wear disposable lenses - up to a 6-month supply of monthly or two- week single vision spherical or toric disposable contact lenses per plan year; or • daily wear disposable lenses - up to a 3-month supply of daily single vision spherical disposable contact lenses per plan year. This plan also covers the evaluation, fitting, or follow-up care related to contact lenses. This plan covers additional contact lenses if your prescribing network provider submits a verification form, with the regular claim form, verifying that you have one of the following conditions: • anisometropia of 3D in meridian powers; • high ametropia exceeding -10D or +10D in meridian powers; • keratoconus when the member’s vision is not correctable to 20/25 in either or both eyes using standard spectacle lenses; and • vision improvement for members whose vision can be corrected two lines of improvement on the visual acuity chart when compared to the best corrected standard spectacle lenses.
Mobile Sierra Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, neither Party shall seek, nor shall they support any third party seeking, to prospectively or retroactively revise the rates, terms or conditions of service of this Agreement through application or complaint to the FERC pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Power Act, absent prior written agreement of the Parties. Further, absent the prior written agreement in writing by both Parties, the standard of review for changes to the rates, terms or conditions of service of this Agreement proposed by a Party, a non-Party, or the FERC acting sua sponte shall be the “public interest” standard of review set forth in United States Gas Pipe Line Co. v.
Fleet In general, any in-house mechanic may be assigned to respond to any emergency during normal working hours in any of the three operating companies. (This does not supersede the Mechanic Personnel Working Across 309 Jurisdictional Boundaries Agreement dated October 4, 2007). Example 1: Lincoln (CILCO) unit breaks down in the northern part of its territory. It would make sense for the Bloomington (rp) mechanic to respond to the service call. Lincoln staffs a 2nd shift mechanic only and the vehicle in need of repair is closer to the Bloomington garage. This example covers areas that both have Ameren in-house mechanics. Example 2: Any CIPS 702 units could be repaired by Ameren staffed mechanics in 702 territories. This would generally happen in areas that are in close proximity to an IP or CILCO garage. This example covers 702 CIPS areas that do not have Ameren in-house mechanics. These jobs currently are outsourced. Perform Preventive Maintenance on CIPS 702 equipment at individual operating centers where advantageous. This work is currently outsourced. It is not the company’s intent to perform all PM’s with in-house mechanics.
WAREHOUSE AND TRAVEL 1.5.1 On all work where the marshalling point is established north of 56º 31' latitude, the Employer will provide room and board unless otherwise agreed at the Pre-job Conference.
Guide Contractor staff will produce project deliverables using Microsoft Office products in v2007 or newer (Word, Excel, Project, Visio, etc.), and Adobe PDF, or other formats acceptable to the State. PROJECT DELIVERABLES Describe required deliverables in detail. Tier 5: 20% Not Covered Contraceptive Methods- Preventive Coverage includes barrier method (diaphragmor cervical cap), hormonal method (birth control pill), and emergency contraception. For non-preventive contraceptive prescription drugs and devices, the amount you pay will depend on the tier placement of the contraceptive prescription drug or device. See above for details. When purchased at a Retail Pharmacy: Up to a 365-day supply of contraceptive prescription drugs is available at all network retail pharmacies. Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
Vehicles If an employee is required to use their own automobile in the performance of their duties, the Employer shall ensure that the position posting or advertisement shall include this requirement.
PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.
