HOME USE PROGRAM. You must be a “Home Use Program User” to use software designated as “Home Use Program.” To be a Home Use Program User, you must be both: * an employee of an organization that has a Microsoft Volume License agreement with active Software Assurance or previously had active Software Assurance and meets certain other criteria, and * the user of a copy of the software, or a product that includes the software, that is licensed to your employer under its Volume License agreement. If you have questions about whether you qualify as a Home Use Program User, contact your employer.

The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.
