Homeless Household. As defined in s. 420.621(5), Fla. Stat., an individual or family who lacks a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence, including: an individual/family who is sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship or a similar reason; is living in a motel, hotel, travel trailer park or campground due to a lack of alternative adequate accommodations; is living in an emergency or transitional shelter; has a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for, or ordinarily used as, a regular sleeping accommodation for human beings; is living in a car, park, public space, abandoned building, bus or train station, or similar setting; or is a migratory individual/family who qualifies as homeless because he, she or it is living in circumstances described above. The term does not refer to an individual imprisoned pursuant to state or federal law or to individuals or families who are sharing housing due to cultural preferences, voluntary arrangements or traditional networks of support. The term does include an individual who has been released from jail, prison, the juvenile justice system, the child welfare system, a mental health and developmental disability facility, a residential addiction treatment program or a hospital, for whom no subsequent residence has been identified, and who lacks the resources and support network to obtain housing. Note that this definition includes people living in motels because they have no other affordable place to live.

  • Household The following persons may reside in the unit. Other persons may not be added to the household without prior written approval of the owner and the PHA.

  • Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.

  • Personal Belongings Tenant agrees not to leave any personal belongings (including lawn furniture) in the parking areas, common halls, sidewalks, lawn areas or other common areas of the apartment community.

  • Access Registry Operator will have the file(s) ready for download as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day designated for retrieval by ICANN. The file(s) will be made available for download by SFTP, though ICANN may request other means in the future.

  • Automobiles The Company shall provide Executive with an automobile allowance of $500 per month, consistent with the practices of the Company.

  • Telephones The Unit may or may not have a telephone. If this is a material concern please check with Manager to determie if the Unit has phone service. Phones are for local calls only. LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER PROGRAM
