Hospital Sponsored Counseling. The Hospital provides Resident access to participation in Hospital-sponsored counseling and other support services on a confidential basis, including matters relative to a Resident’s impairment. These services are described in the Hospital’s Employee Assistance Program materials, a copy of which will be made available to Resident, which set forth the various forms of employee assistance provided by the Hospital to Resident. Such policy may be changed by the Hospital from time to time, as appropriate.

Inform the Resident and make available, the Advocate Human Resource Policy: Employee Assistance Program, SYS-013-034, regarding access to Advocate sponsored counseling and other support services on a confidential basis, including matters related to Resident impairment.
