Hospitalization, Surgical and Major Medical Insurance. A. The Board will provide hospitalization, surgical and major medical insurance benefits to full-time employees. All regular employees working less than full time but at least twenty (20) hours per week shall receive the same coverage with the Board paying a prorated share, based upon the proportion of full-time hours of the scheduled contribution rate for full-time employees, except as provided below for paraprofessionals and aides. (See Appendix F for a summary of insurance specifications.)
