Common use of Hospital’s Response Clause in Contracts

Hospital’s Response. The Hospital shall respond in writing to the Union and the Nurse, Dietician and/or Therapist within twenty (20) days of the last meeting where the individual or group complaint was last discussed. The response will address each concern raised by the individual or group concerned and the Hospital’s strategy(ies) for resolving the issues raised.
