Hosted Services Uptime. The Services are hosted using the Azure platform, where CUSI shall provide the hosted services available to Licensee in accord with the availability standards available set forth in the applicable Azure policy posted at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx.

Hosted Services Uptime. The CWP Services are hosted using the Azure platform, where CUSI shall make the CWP Services available in accord with the availability standards available here: xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/en-us/support/legal/sla/app-service/v1_4/. CUSI shall provide the CWP Services in accord with and subject to the applicable Azure terms and conditions available at xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxx, including but not limited to the data use and privacy policies. The CWP Services are all subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, however, in the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the applicable Azure documentation, the Azure documentation shall control.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
