Hot Weather Guidelines. For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues. 24.10.1 Definition Under this Agreement, temperatures of or above 35 degrees C shall be defined as constituting ‘inclement weather’ for work in the greater Melbourne area. This definition will be subject to review in other regions.
