Hours of Duty, Xxxxx. Days Employees shall work a normal average work-week of fifty-three (53) hours, consisting of twenty-four (24) hours on duty followed by forty-eight (48) hours off duty. Such hours shall be accomplished by each employee being given the appropriate number ofXxxxx days”, in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act. In the event an employee has received approval to attend school, training or function consisting of five (5) days or more, the employee will be excused from their normal work week.
