Hours of Work and Meal Periods. Except as otherwise provided, eight consecutive hours, exclusive of meal period, shall constitute a day's work. Except as may be otherwise arranged locally, the meal period shall not be less than thirty minutes or more than one hour. The meal period shall be exclusive of the time required to travel to and from meal location.
