Hours of Work Record. All employees shall complete, in full, the Hours of Work Form and shall submit it to their supervisor no later than the end of the first working day of the following week. The employee shall only record hours worked in excess of the regular number of hours per day if those excess hours were given prior approval by the supervisor.
