Non-Shift Workers 19.1 In this clause employee refers to an employee, other than a casual employee, who is employed in a position identified by the Agency as having ordinary weekly hours of 38.00 per week. 19.2 The ordinary daily hours are seven hours and thirty-six minutes for a full time employee. The ordinary weekly hours are 38.00 hours for a full time employee. 19.3 A part time employee will work less than the ordinary weekly hours of work of a full time employee. 19.4 Standard hours are 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.06 pm, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the employee and the manager/supervisor.
