Hours Worked In Excess of Regularly Scheduled Day. All work performed 28 over eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hours in one (1) work day, depending on the employee’s 1 regular schedule, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1-1/2) times the nurse’s applicable 2 base rate of pay (listed in Addendum A), and one and one-half (1-1/2) times the following premiums 3 and differentials, where applicable: longevity pay, weekend pay, shift differential, charge nurse pay, 4 JHS assignment rate (per Section 7.12), and out-of-class pay (per Section 14.1), provided that such 5 work is authorized by the employee’s supervisor. For part time and temporary employees, overtime 6 pay shall be due for all hours worked over forty (40) in any one seven (7) day work week. The 7 Department will make a good faith effort to minimize the use of overtime. In addition, the 8 Department will follow RCW 49.28.140, Mandatory Overtime Prohibited, with respect to Jail Health 9 Services overtime.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. If you choose to skip that payment, Finance Charges will continue to accrue in accordance with this Agreement. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.

  • Non-Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare Rate or three dollars and seventy-nine cents ($3.79), whichever is higher to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid- Funded hour worked. Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in‐home care program that are paid by a payor other than Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off, and training hours. Effective July 1 2022, the Employer shall contribute the Healthcare rate or three dollars and ninety-eight cents ($3.98), whichever is higher, to the Trust for each Non-Medicaid-Funded Hour worked. Contributions required by Section 21.2 shall be paid periodically as required by the Trust.

  • PAYMENT TERMS/PRE-PAYMENT/QUANTITY DISOUNTS If discounts for accelerated payment, pre-payment, progress payment, or quantity discounts are offered, they must be clearly indicated in the Contractor’s submission prior to contract award. The applicability or acceptance of these terms is at the discretion of the Customer.

  • Calculation of Annual Leave Pay Annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary weekly wage rate for ordinary hours for the period of annual leave (excluding shift allowances and weekend payments but including leading hand allowance); plus an amount equal to 17.5% of the amount

  • Overtime-Eligible Rest Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to rest periods that vary from and supersede the rest periods required by WAC 000-000-000. Employees will be allowed rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes for each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours worked at or near the middle of each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours. Rest periods do not require relief from duty. Rest periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and rest and meal periods will not be combined.

  • Overtime-Eligible Unpaid Meal Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements of WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.
