Board Funds definition

Board Funds means all revenues derived by the Board from the operation of the Projects, including, without limitation funds of the Board legally available therefor, all to the extent the same are budgeted and appropriated by the governing body of the Board for the purpose of paying Base Rentals, Additional Rentals or the Purchase Option Price under the Master Lease during the Lease Term in which the Master Lease may be in effect.
Board Funds means any moneys invested or loaned by the Board to a Black Business Investment Corporation.
